Website Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website at susanchikanbanjar.com.np, run by Susan Chikanbanjar (SCB Tech Solution). Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page under Apps.
What we collect
You do not need an account to read the website, and it shows no advertising. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It records things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search), your approximate location (country or city), and your device and browser type. We use these numbers only in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use them to identify you or to show you ads. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. They hold a random ID, not your name or email. The admin area also sets a login cookie for the site administrator only. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, which is never sent to us.
Emails you send
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share it.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
