Delete Your Its Football Account

You can delete your Its Football account and its data at any time. Choose either option below.

Option 1: Delete in the App

1. Open the Its Football app and sign in.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it is you.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to [email protected]:

• From: the email address you used to sign in to Its Football
• Subject: Delete my Its Football account

We will reply to confirm the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

Data That Is Deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, display name, profile photo URL)
• Your favourite teams and leagues
• Your match comments and predictions
• Your support requests and messages
• Push notification tokens linked to your account

All of this is removed within 30 days of your request.

Data That May Be Kept

• Purchase records: your ad-free purchase is recorded by Google Play, the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery and kept under their own policies. We never hold your payment details.
• Crash logs: not linked to your account, and deleted automatically within 90 days.
• Legal requirements: any data we are required by law to keep, only for as long as the law requires.

Good to Know

• Deleting your account cannot be undone.
• Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an ad-free purchase.
• Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device, including your profile picture.
