1. Introduction

SCB Tech Solution ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Its Football mobile application ("the App") on Android, iOS and Huawei AppGallery. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Email address: when you create an account or sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook or email through Firebase Authentication
Display name and profile photo URL: as provided by your sign-in provider, or a name you enter (optional)
Profile picture: if you choose one from your photos or camera, it is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers
Favourite teams and leagues: stored with your account so they sync across your devices
Match comments: comments you post on matches, which are visible to other users of the App
Match predictions: predictions you submit for matches
Support requests: the subject, category and messages you send through Help & support

Information Collected Automatically

Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers
Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID on Android, and on iOS the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), but only if you allow tracking when asked
App usage data: ad interactions and similar events collected by our advertising partners
Crash logs & diagnostics: error reports and performance data
Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, and on iOS Live Activity tokens linked to the match you are following
Approximate location: derived from your IP address (not GPS) by our advertising partners, used for ad delivery and personalization

Information We Do NOT Collect

Precise GPS location
Contacts or files from your device (photos are only read when you choose a profile picture, and stay on your device)
Payment or credit card information (purchases are handled entirely by Google Play, the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery)
Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data

3. How We Use Your Information

Account creation & authentication: Email address, display name, profile photo URL
Providing live scores, standings, match data & favourites: Favourite teams and leagues, preferences
Comments and predictions: Display name, comment text, predictions
Displaying advertisements: Advertising ID, device info, approximate location
Processing in-app purchases (ad removal): Purchase tokens (handled by the app store)
Push notifications & live match updates: FCM token, Live Activity token, notification preferences
Customer support: Support messages, app version, device model, OS version
App improvement & bug fixing: Crash logs, performance data

4. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase Authentication: for user account management
Cloud Firestore: for storing favourites and support requests
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): for push notifications
Firebase Crashlytics: for crash reporting and diagnostics
Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Facebook Login: for signing in
ironSource LevelPlay (Unity) and its mediated ad networks, including Unity Ads: for serving advertisements
Apple Push Notification service: for iOS Live Activity updates
Google Play Billing, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery: for processing in-app purchases
API-Sports: our football data provider. No personal data is sent to it

These services may collect information about your device, including your Advertising ID, IP address, and usage data. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served through ironSource LevelPlay and its partner ad networks. These partners may use your Advertising ID and other device information to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization)
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

On iOS, the App asks for your permission before your IDFA is used for tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using the IDFA.

Users who purchase the ad-free option through an in-app purchase will no longer see advertisements, and their Advertising ID will no longer be used for ad serving.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

With other users: your display name and comments are visible to other users of the App
With service providers: third-party services listed in Section 4 that help us operate the App
For legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
To protect rights: to enforce our policies, protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically:

Account data, favourites, comments and predictions: retained until you delete your account
Support requests: retained while needed to resolve your request, and deleted when you delete your account
Live Activity tokens: retained until the match ends
Crash logs: retained for up to 90 days

When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS
Secure authentication through Firebase
Server-side access controls and role-based permissions

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: delete your account in the App, or ask us to delete your account and associated data
Opt-out: opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
