Ludo Arena Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Ludo Arena account and the data associated with it. Ludo Arena is developed and published by SCB Tech Solution.
What data will be deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Your email address and authentication credentials
- Game history, match records, and statistics
- Player rankings and achievement progress
- In-app purchase records (you will lose premium/ad-free status)
- Any preferences or settings tied to your account
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you purchased ad-free access, you will need to purchase it again with a new account.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account using either method:
In the app
- Open the Ludo app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Request deletion by email
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Ludo Arena account”.
- Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your user ID.
- We will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted.
Data retention
All personal data is permanently deleted within 7 business days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained (not linked to your identity). Data required by law may be retained for the legally mandated period.
